Some of the work we conduct involves our clients sharing with us information contained in their professional marketing collateral (résumé/CV, LinkedIn Profile etc) as well as information about their personal and career history. Information contained in the documents and conversations we conduct is held in the strictest confidence, and never shared with any third party unless required by law. From time to time, our consultants will discuss a client’s situation or circumstances with other members of our team to gain beneficial insights and perspectives. These discussions are confidential, and no staff member is permitted to ever share identifying information with any third party, except with the express written permission of the client.
Recommendations & Endorsements
Throughout its history, Russell Johnson & Associates in its various trading forms has gratefully received thousands of client referrals, recommendations and verbal/written endorsements. From time to time, we may include excerpts from written recommendations in our marketing collateral. Clients include their identifying information in these documents and although we believe this is intended as approval for their publication, for the further protection of our clients’ privacy, we do not include their contact details in our online marketing.
